G9 Turf Inc. took ownership of their second Beaver B2000M in February 2010 and look forward to a very exciting future in the States. They recently demonstrated this equipment for a group of schools and parks administrators in Westchester County.
"We're pleased with the outcome of the demonstration" said Grant Hendricks Jr., President of G9 Turf. "Everyone in attendance saw improvements to the synthetic turf surfaces. The parks and school officials here in Westchester have made a tremendous investment in their athletic facilities and playgrounds. Our maintenance programs can not only keep these areas safe for the public but we can help extend the life of the fields and give the people here a greater return on their investment.
"The B2000 is amazing" said Stephen Thompson, Director of Facilities at Byrams Hills. "We have had other turf maintenance services done in the past but NO other service has ever left our field looking and feeling like new".
The USA has enormous potential for total rejuvenation and maintenance of synthetic sports fields and G9 are confident that the business will grow to such an extent that they will need more machines in the future.

Following a demonstration of this machine at a site close to CLI's UK base, Clive Richardson quickly decided that there was good potential to operate this machine for both pitch rejuvenation and carpet removal.
Clive Richardson Ltd also operates one of our Sandmaster Pro machines and now see themselves fully equipped to offer a total pitch construction and maintenance services throughout Ireland.

Sandmaster Pro production line
With the continued worldwide growth in popularity of the new generation 3G soccer pitches, sales of the latest Sandmaster Pro machines are at their highest ever level. This machine is now thought to be one of the most successful special purpose machines in the marketplace for the construction of sports pitches.
A recent customer survey found that most of our customers selected the machine as it was considered to be faster and more versatile than the other popular machines in the market place as it can be used for re-brushing, topping up and maintenance as well as the construction of new pitches.

Charles Lawrence, John Bramwell
and HRH Duke of Kent
In November 2008 Charles Lawrence International were visited by HRH The Duke of Kent KG. The visit was as a result of CLI’s sister company Playtop Ltd winning the prestigious Queen’s Award for Enterprise. After meeting the Charles Lawrence Group of directors and local dignitaries the Duke was given a tour of the tyre recycling plant and the machinery manufacturing workshops.
During the tour he was shown the tyre recycling process from whole tyres through to the production of the final rubber granulate product ready for playground or sports installations and was introduced to key personnel by the Chairman, Charles Lawrence.
The Duke was also able to see a large tyre granulator which was being completed ready for shipment to a customer in Portugal and our Beaver 2000 rejuvenation machine on its way to Texas.
Throughout the visit the Duke was very interested in the environmental aspects of the tyre recycling process and the fact that CLI also produced machinery to enable other companies to successfully recycle tyres.
He finally unveiled a plaque commemorating his visit in the reception foyer of the Charles Lawrence Group head office. CLI were proud to be able to host such a visit which not only raised the profile of our company but also the tyre recovery industry as a whole.
